Nathan Jones Special 10 DVD Milestone Interview!!!!!!!

NATHAN JONES IS READY TO SET THE STAGE ON FIRE IN A SPECIAL MILESTONE APPEARANCE

About Nathan: Having begun his group fitness career at Les Mills in New Zealand, Nathan now lives in Melbourne, Australia where he heads up the development of the Asia Pacific BODYATTACK® Trainer and Presenter Team. He is also a BODYCOMBAT® and GRIT™ Trainer.

Going back to New Zealand is always a special time for this much loved Les Mills star, but this time it will be extra special.
Suzana Talevski interviews Nathan as he prepares to film his 10th Les Mills DVD....that’s over 29 releases!!!

“I have put more physical preparation into this than ever before. I feel an obligation to the Body Attack world to bring new levels of athleticism and a deeper connection to my coaching,’’ says Nathan.

Nathan cites Body Attack 62 as his favorite release so far and reveals international favorites Lisa Osborne and Amy Styles will be joining him on stage along with one more instructor for Body Attack 87 on July 31 in Auckland.



And what is his all time favorite track?

“I have been asked this before and it's still "Nowhere fast" from BA 56. The choreography in comparison to these days is easy, but the song and finale of the track is so empowering,” he says.
“You can get any member in the red zone with this song!"

So how does an elite Les Mills athlete like Nathan train for an upcoming release?  Here is his secret recipe for “Les Mills Awesomeness”
  •  Body Attack 4 weeks out to 5 Attacks a week including 2 in the same morning once a week.
  •  1 strength session with a focus on full range Squats and deadlifts with accessory work.
  •    1 conditioning session with each exercise sitting well above the demand of BA.
  • Short sprints, explosive bench jumps, vertical jumps and Tabata training.
  • 2 x a week with a renowned Crossfit Coach.
  •   Optimum nutrition and supplementation

As a former New Zealand resident, Nathan is also looking forward to some time away from Studio 1.  
“I’m really looking forward to a good catch up with all my mates from when I use to live there. It's also a bit of a holiday away from my busy Melbourne life anyway!”
